Growing up in Maui, Hawaii, Caitlin Huerter brought her 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry to Sports Club/LA in 2011. After a year at the Reception Desk, Caitlin was promoted to be the Fitness Administrator providing support to the Fitness and Group Exercise departments. As she continues to learn and grow in the fitness industry she takes on her latest role as Sports Manager, bringing her love and enthusiasm for sports with her.
Caitlin believes in a well-rounded healthy lifestyle that will bring an individual strength, stamina, balance, and a lot of laughter. She is dedicated to promoting that idea to our Members every day and assisting them in finding all of that in our Club.
A former competitive body builder, Cassandra comes to Sports Club/LA with over 25 years of industry experience. She holds her current Personal Trainer’s Certification from the National College of Exercise Professionals (NCEP) as well as certifications that include ACE, NASM, Active Isolated Stretch Technician, TRX, Kettle Bells, and Keiser Indoor Cycling. Cassandra teaches indoor cycling as well as muscle conditioning group exercise classes, and trains a small roster of private, female clients, focusing on form, definition, and weight loss. Having been a presenter for the American Council on Exercise for fitness professionals around the world, she currently coordinates the club's in-house education and oversees the training of all new one on one private trainers, group exercise, and master instructors.
Daniel Sanelli (aka Primo) is a clinical nutritionist with over five years in the health and wellness field. He brings to Sports Club/LA a certification as a Nutrition Educator as well as a Master's in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. His background in functional nutrition has trained him to find the root causes of health issues, which are addressed and corrected by proper nutrition using a whole foods diet approach and proper supplementation. His passion is helping the individual find optimal health and reach his or her nutritional and fitness goals using real food. He specializes in functional blood chemistry analysis as a tool for optimizing nutritional health while incorporating holistic tools for finding peak wellness and vitality.
